"This makeover is not with gobs of sparkle and bronzer and curls. This makeover is like cupping your hands with cool running water and splashing away the day’s stress, sweat, and muck. Allowing the cool water to refresh your skin and your spirit. Coming back to the basics, the core of who you are. Getting to know that person, loving that person, and learning how to best nurture and nourish that person. This is your refresh makeover."

BLT (Basil, lettuce, and tomato) salad-
  • 2-3 leaves of kale (stems removed)
  • 2 packed cups of arugula
  • 1 medium tomato (such as roma)
  • ⅓-½ cucumber
  • ½ avocado
  • ½-1 tbsp. olive oil
  • Dash of salt and pepper
  • 5 leaves of fresh basil (fresh is best but you can also use 1 tsp dried Basil)
"Refresh" can be bought by itself and used for a self-guided makeover or if you prefer a bit more support check out my Health Coaching, where it is used along with additional resources and bi-monthly one-on-one meetings to help you realize and achieve your health goals!
